When will I get the my pictures and virtual tour

We will e-mail you the finalized virtual model within 48 hours of the end of business day. If weather is a factor (with images and drone footage) we will come back at no additional cost but may effect turn around time. We take a lot of time on the back side making sure everything is perfect and looks amazing for your showcase. If you need it faster, please let us know, we can expedite your order at $100.00 per 24 hours ahead of scheduled turn around time(not prorated).

We can upload the drone flyover  footage same day, unless you would like us to edit the video with effects, music, or voice over, which can take up to a week depending on how in-depth you want the edit to be.

Do I need to be on site?

We do not require that you stay the whole time or even be there at all, but we ask that the property is staged and photo ready.

How do I book a session?

To book an in-house demo and to learn more about our product and pricing, click on the tab on the top right “book us”.  We will schedule an appointment with you, or you and your firm, to explain what we offer and how it works. If this is an emergency session, and you need us to shoot the property within the next 48 hours, please call Brad at 262-707-2822.

How long do you host our models?

Models are hosted for 6 months an annual hosting fee can be purchased at $5 per month per model unless otherwise noted in the form of a written contract.

How long does it take?

When you book an appointment with us, we will block off a set amount of time based on the square footage of the house. We usually say a 1000 SF house takes about an hour. each additional 1000 takes about 45 minutes. That does not mean it may not take longer, and we will stay until the job is done, with no additional cost to you. We do not require that you stay the whole time or even be there at all, but we do require a waiver to be signed if you will not be on sight with us.

Do I own the photos or virtual tour.

No, we grant you non-exclusive rights to my photos and you may use them as you see fit (print, web, social media, etc) in order to sell any given property. You may not transfer or sell them to any individual or company for any reason.

Under the Federal Copyright Act of 1976, photographs are protected by copyright from the moment of creation. Photographers have the exclusive right to reproduce their photographs (right to control the making of copies). Unless you have permission from the photographer, you can’t copy, distribute (no scanning and sending them to others), publicly display (no putting them online), or create derivative works from photographs. A photographer can easily create over 20,000 separate pieces of intellectual property annually. Professional photographers are dependent on their ability to control the reproduction of the photographs they create. It affects their income and the livelihood of their families.Even small levels of infringement—copying a photo without permission—can have a devastating impact on a photographer’s ability to make a living. Copyright infringements—reproducing photos without permission—can result in civil and criminal penalties.

Should we stage the house?

Yes, the house will be displayed exactly as it looks when we arrive. We will take care of the little things such as lighting and window treatment placement, but have the property staged as if you were doing an open house. We do not have the ability to edit the images after scanning to remove unwanted/unpleasant items so please be thorough.

What happens when we meet you?

We will meet you on site with our specialized equipment to do a full scan and/or drone flyover over. We will leave the site exactly as we found it or cleaner!

What if it’s raining/storming/to cold

If it’s raining or storming we will shoot the indoor virtual tour and/or pictures. We will reschedule the outdoor pictures for a day when the weather is better at no additional cost to you. If it is to cold (<20°F) or to windy to fly the drone, but not raining we will take outdoor still shots with a camera and return to take drone shots another day.

What is your travel area

We will travel up to 30 miles from Hartford Wisconsin in each direction unless stated otherwise. Each additional mile will be calculated at the standard mileage rate for business published by the IRS.

 

What payments do you accept

We accept all major credit cards, paypal, and cash. If paying cash please call us at 262-707-2822 to block off a time for you in our calendar, so that we do not double book.

Where can I post these models?

We will send you both a link and a embedded code. You can embed these codes right into your MLS listing, or post the link in Facebook, or any other social media platform.
